Before your first visit
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. Teams arrive fully equipped. If you prefer a specific product for a surface, note it in your home profile and we will use it.
How does the team get into my home?
You choose. Be home to let the team in, or leave entry instructions in your home profile. Access details stay with your account and are shared only with the team assigned to your visit.
What about pets?
Pets are welcome to stay home. Tell us their names and anything the team should know, such as a room to keep closed or a gate to keep shut.
Can I change or skip a visit?
Yes. Reschedule, skip, or move between weekly, biweekly, and monthly with reasonable notice. Reach out and we will adjust the schedule.
What does the first visit look like?
The first visit takes longer than later ones. The team works through the full home, establishes the baseline, and records your preferences so following visits stay consistent.
What if something was missed?
Let us know after the visit. We review it with the team, correct the notes in your home profile, and address it on your next clean.
