Neatility is looking for experienced Home Care Specialists who believe that care lives in the details.
Our clients welcome us into their homes because they value time, ease, and a consistently cared-for space. As a Home Care Specialist, you help make that possible through thoughtful residential cleaning, clear communication, and dependable service.
This role is ideal for someone who takes genuine pride in a well-kept home, shows up prepared, and understands that a great client experience comes from both the clean itself and the way it is delivered.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality residential cleaning services in accordance with Neatility standards and client preferences.
- Complete core cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and detailed surface care.
- Follow service checklists, home notes, safety practices, and quality expectations.
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to provide a calm, professional experience.
- Communicate respectfully with clients and the Neatility team.
- Flag maintenance concerns, supply issues, client requests, or anything that may affect the service experience.
- Treat every home with care, discretion, and respect.
What we are looking for
- At least two years of professional residential-cleaning experience.
- A strong eye for detail and a consistent standard of work.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the selected service area.
- Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment, maintained in clean, ready-to-use condition.
- Strong time management and dependability.
- Clear, respectful communication with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform the physical responsibilities of residential cleaning.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A genuine commitment to care, professionalism, and respectful service.
