Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. Your Home Care Specialist arrives with professional cleaning supplies and equipment. Tell us about any preferred products or sensitive surfaces when you request your plan.
How does home access work?
Share your preferred access arrangement while we plan your service. We will confirm the details with you before the first visit.
What should I tell you about pets?
Include pets, their routines, and any rooms they should avoid in your home notes. We will account for those details when planning your visits.
Can I change my schedule?
Yes. Contact Neatility with reasonable notice to request a different cadence or service date. We will confirm the available options with you.
What does the first visit look like?
We begin with the home details and preferences in your plan, and the first visit may take a little longer. If the home needs more detailed attention, a Deep Cleaning is a better starting point.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Your price is based on your home details and confirmed scope, and it is confirmed before the visit. Any change outside that scope is discussed with you first.
